This guy is a natural leader with a figure it out kind of style about him. He motivates by example, showing everyone what the standard for hard work really is. He makes every day on the job site better with his positive outlook in all situations. When he isn't cracking jokes at work you can find him knee deep in a river fly fishing!

There is no one quite like G, from his genuine kindness and infectious enthusiasm, G uses his attention to detail and thoroughness to complete our team. Whether he is running the haul truck, coordinating inventory and repairs or on the job site he is an integral part of our team. G is the guy you can always count on.

As a dedicated dad of two young girls, Tyler brings his ability to handle chaos to the team. He has years of operating experience he uses to help contribute to our teams overall efficiency and productivity.

Another young gun that recently joined our team! With a "get after it" attitude, Jesse is the perfect compliment to this high functioning crew.

We have over 35 years of combined construction experience specializing in excavation.

We have built extremely strong relationships with our subcontractors over the years. It is immensely important to us that we are partnering with people who will bring the highest quality and care to our clients projects.

How are jobs priced?

Our pricing will vary depending on the type of project we are taking on. Things to consider include slope, unsuitable fill, high end finishes, and other mitigating factors.

Do you offer warranties?

Yes, Ela Construction offers a new construction one year limited warranty covering all workmanship done by our team and hired contractors.

When can you start?

We work extremely hard to get your project scheduled as soon as we can, weather permitting and in alignment with your schedule.
